Bootcamp Monthly Subscription
Train with 4-6 motivated individuals for a fun 45-50min workout. This package is 1 session weekly for 4 weeks. Sessions consist of 60% cardio 40% strength training split. To keep it fun, workouts range from Tabata, to Crossfit style and boxing. We will take your measurements monthly to track your progress.
