StrideFast Running Club is a USA Track and Field & AAU USA recognized track and cross county club. We accept youth, college, post -collegian and master age runners.

In-Home Individual Personal Training sessions
With our In-Home Personal Training Option. An Insured, Certified personal trainer will travel to a destination of your choosing. This can be at your house or a nearby local park. We will bring the equipment, all you do is come ready to exercise. We service the surrounding Charlotte, NC areas.
Speed, Strength & Agility Coach
Our Speed, Agility and Strength programs focuses on working with athletes 12-20 years olds. The core areas of focus is speed, explosiveness, agility, acceleration, flexibility and mobility. We currently have group trainings 3 times weekly!
